Namma Kartavya is in public beta. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Do not rely on it for emergencies. For emergencies in India dial 112.

Acceptable use

• Submit only genuine, real-world civic issues you have personally observed.
• Do not submit content that targets individuals, contains personal information, hate speech, or harassment.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, capture restrictions, or duplicate detection.
• Live-captured media only. Uploads are blocked.

Content moderation

Admins may hide, anonymise, merge, or remove any report that violates these terms or appears to be spam, duplicate or malicious.

Independence

This platform is independent. It is not affiliated with any government body, political party, or news organisation, and does not endorse any candidate or party.
