Privacy

What we collect
- An email address (and optional Google profile) to sign you in.
- The reports you submit: pincode, issue type, description, optional GPS, and a live-captured photo or short video.
- Basic technical logs (IP, user-agent) for security and rate-limiting only.
What we never do
- We never show your name or email on a public report. Every report is shown as "Anonymous Citizen".
- We don't sell, trade or share personal data with third parties or political parties.
- We don't use ad-tracking pixels or behavioural cookies.
- We don't buy or scrape personal data — only open-source MLA / pincode information is used.
Media retention
To minimise stored data, photos & videos attached to resolved reports are automatically anonymised (media URL removed) after a configurable retention window (default 90 days).
Your rights
You can delete any of your own reports from the My Reports page, and you can request full account deletion at any time by signing out and contacting the project maintainers.
